The Reset Retreat adds 4 weeks of preparation before the 7 days and 4 weeks of integration after them. The 7 days open the door. The 8 weeks around them are what make the change hold.
Before you arrive: 4 weeks of preparation
2 video preparation calls with your guide, medical and psychological screening, nervous system education, intention work and dieta guidance. By the time you land, the container is built.
After you leave: 4 weeks of integration

Jan 19 to 26, 2027, and Feb 16 to 23, 2027. Up to 8 people per group, with a minimum of 2. Each date is confirmed 40 days before arrival, and your deposit stays fully refundable until then.
