  • Ruhani Wellness Centre is conveniently located near the small town of Pinilla in Guanacaste province, Costa Rica. We are just 75 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR) and 20 minutes away from the touristic city of Tamarindo.

    We are fortunate to be nestled in abundant nature surrounded by mountains, and still be just 10 minutes away from the popular surfing beach Playa Avellana.

  • At the moment we do not have a dedicated transport service for this purpose, but we work with local agencies and can help you schedule pick-up and drop-off.

  • Yes, we are blessed with good local water and you may drink it from the tap. Bottled water is also readily available at local stores.

  • An open mind! We will also send you a list of suggested items to bring.

  • At RWC, we have proper flushing toilets and showers. Hot water is not necessary as we enjoy hot climate here.

  • AT RWC, we have a full commercial restaurant where we can provide Pescatarian, Vegetarian and Vegan meals according to our guests’ needs.

  • We are located in a jungle like setting yet only 20 minutes drive from the city of Tamarindo.

  • Situated on the Pacific coast, we bask in a warm to hot climate throughout the entire year. You’ll rarely need more than a single layer of clothing. September and October typically bring heavy rains, while the rest of the year, save for a few days in May, remains predominantly dry and warm.

  • We host indigenous ceremonies, yoga and meditation retreats, sound healing journeys, and workshops related to well-being.

  • Most of the indigenous ceremonies and retreats are facilitated by Holistic Sherpa Faisal Khattak and his team. Occasionally, we also partner with other hosts.

  • Absolutely! We collaborate with local agencies to bring you exhilarating experiences like hiking, 4x4 quad riding, horseback riding, zip lining, and more. Unleash your adventurous spirit!

  • Indeed, we are fortunate to be nestled in a lush, jungle-like setting that radiates its own magic. At Ruhani, you will encounter Howler monkeys, our delightful chickens, a friendly dog, and a cat, alongside an array of vibrant birds, butterflies, insects, and countless other stunning creations of nature. We work diligently to minimize the presence of mosquitoes and insects in our living spaces, but we can’t always outsmart Mother Nature. We recommend bringing along natural bug sprays for your comfort.

  • No, all the cabins and casitas are designed with insulation, allowing them to stay cool naturally without the need for air-conditioning. We do offer portable fans to help manage the warmth when needed.
