Become the Facilitator Everyone Trusts When Things Get Hard

Master the Unshakable Container System in 4 weeks. Learn to hold space for high-stakes healing. Safely, ethically, and without the fear of personal burnout or a 'leaky' container.

Most trainings teach the technique. We teach what to do when things go wrong.

You will know exactly what to do when someone can't come back to their body, when the group starts to fracture, and when your own fear says run. That is what we train for.

You have the spiritual gifts, but do you have a leak-proof container? We bridge the gap between intuitive facilitation and clinical-grade safety. You will learn the exact lines where your work ends and someone else’s begins, so you can be the bridge to help, not the rescuer.

COHORT DETAILS

  • Live Sessions: June 9, 16, 23, 30 at 11:00am EST

  • Format: Live video calls. Recordings available within 24 hours.

  • Duration: 90 minutes per session

  • Capacity: Limited to 10 practitioners

Four weeks from now, you will read distress signals before they escalate, close a container cleanly when a session goes somewhere unexpected, and walk out of every ceremony with your own nervous system intact. Not most of the time. Every time.

THE PROBLEM NOBODY TALKS ABOUT

Most facilitator training teaches the technique. Nobody teaches what happens when things go wrong.

You learned the modality. You got the certification. You know the ritual, the protocol, the sequence.

Then a participant starts flooding mid-session and the room goes still. Someone has a trauma response and you have eight other people watching you. A client calls you three weeks later because they've made you the center of their healing.

That is not a technique problem. That is a container problem. And the person sitting in front of you is the one who pays for it.

Most practitioners figure this out the hard way. They watch the senior facilitator and copy. They google after the session. They carry the worry quietly between ceremonies.

That works until the day it doesn't.

The Five moments every facilitator secretly carries

  1. A participant enters a traumatic loop mid-session. Your modality training stops at the technique. You don't have a protocol for what's happening in front of you right now.

  2. The ceremony ends but the container didn't really close. Your participant drives home open, dysregulated, and vibrating. You feel it but you don't know how to fix it.

  3. A client starts calling you every day. The professional boundary has dissolved and you're not sure how it happened or how to address it without causing more harm.

  4. You finish a retreat and spend three days in bed. You've absorbed the energy of ten people and nobody ever taught you how to decompress properly.

  5. You know, quietly, that if something went truly wrong in your next session, you wouldn't know the exact steps to take. That knowledge sits in the back of your mind every time you open a container.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS WITHOUT REAL TRAINING

I've been in this space for 15 years. Here's what I've watched happen with my own eyes.

A shaman walked out of an active ceremony to take a break. Left his helpers to manage eight people mid-experience. The helpers were good people. They were not ready for that moment. Three participants didn't get what they needed that night. Nobody said anything. The shaman never knew.

A helper walked a participant to the bathroom during a session. Simple task. Except that participant was still deep in experience and needed specific grounding support on that walk. The helper didn't know what that looked like. The participant felt completely abandoned at the most vulnerable point of their night.

A ceremony ended without a proper container close. Participants were left together, ungrounded, still open. What started as connection became a cuddle pile. The next morning a woman reported that a man had touched her inappropriately. Clear group agreements and a real close would have prevented it entirely.

None of these people were bad facilitators. None of them were careless. They just weren't trained for the specific moments that actually happen in this work.

That's the only reason this certification exists.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Built for practitioners who already have a modality but know something is missing.

This is not a beginner's introduction to healing work. This is the training that fills the gap every facilitator certification leaves behind.

  • You support ayahuasca, wachuma, or other ceremony work and want to know exactly what to do when a participant needs real-time help during or after a session.

  • You run sessions that move deep emotion and stored trauma. You need to know how to handle what comes up when your work actually works.

  • You hold space for groups regularly. You have seen unexpected emotional releases and you want the skills to handle them with confidence instead of panic.

  • You assist in therapeutic or transformational containers and want formal training in ethics, boundaries, and safety protocols that protect both your clients and yourself.

  • You are starting your healing practice and want to build it on a foundation of real skill and proper ethics from day one, not learn the hard way through trial and error.

THE 4-WEEK CURRICULUM

Four live sessions. One real skill built each week.

Week One - The 'Red-Flag' Screening Radar

The safety of a session is built before anyone walks in the door. This week covers what that looks like in practice.

What you learn:
Move from "winging it" to a clinical-grade Pre-Session Protocol. You’ll receive our 7-section Screening Template to identify medical risks and life events before the first breath is taken.

Week Two - The Room-Reading Instrument

The difference between a facilitator who reacts and one who responds starts with learning to track what is actually happening in real time.

What you learn:
Stop projecting and start tracking. Learn to monitor the individual body, the group field, and session momentum simultaneously using the Four Real-Time Levers.

Week Three - The 30-Second 'STOP' Emergency Protocol

Every experienced space-holder has a story. This week you get the skills to handle it before that story happens to you.

What you learn:
The framework for when things go sideways. Learn to handle trauma responses, emotional flooding, and dissociation with a calm, regulated nervous system.

Week Four - The Ethical Marketing Shield

Most facilitators close the ceremony and call it done. Real space-holding includes what happens next, for your clients and for yourself.

What you learn:
Learn the art of "Composite Case Writing". This allows you to share powerful stories of your work to attract clients while maintaining 100% ironclad confidentiality.

YOUR GUIDE

My phone rang at 2am.

I didn't recognize the number at first. Then I heard the breathing. One of my participants from two nights before. Voice shaking. "I don't know what's happening to me. I don't know who I am. I don't know where I am."

He was back in it. Fully. Two days after the ceremony ended, his consciousness had cracked open again and he was alone in a dark room watching himself dissolve. He couldn't tell what was real. He couldn't feel himself.

I knew exactly what to do.

Not because I'm gifted. Because I'd been in that moment enough times to know the exact path back.

I told him it was normal. Asked him to take a few deep breaths. Then I walked him through it step by step. Look around the room. Find five things you can see. Name them out loud. Tell yourself you are still in this reality and there is no danger to you. Now think of the person you love most in this world. Feel their presence. Let that love be your anchor.

He came back in about four minutes.

That call stayed with me for a long time. Not because it was scary. Because I knew that if a less experienced helper had picked up that phone, that man's night goes a completely different direction. Maybe his week. Maybe longer.

I didn't learn this work from a textbook. I learned it over 15 years of sitting with people in the hardest moments of their lives. Ceremony rooms in the jungle. Integration sessions the morning after. The 2am call when something didn't close properly.

I built The 4-Pillar Container Protocol because I got tired of watching good-hearted practitioners wing it through the moments that actually matter. The technique is easy to learn. The ethics and the container skills take longer.

Everything in this certification came from the field. Not from a stage. Not from a manual. From the actual moments most facilitators hope they never have to face.

This program is everything I wish someone had handed me at the start.

A STRAIGHT ANSWER ABOUT COHORT

This is the first time I'm opening 15 years of field-tested protocols into a formal certification. That means you're not getting a program with five cohorts of student feedback baked in. You're getting the raw, real version of what I actually use in every ceremony at Ruhani.

What I'm looking for is 10 practitioners willing to go through this with me, apply it in their real work, and tell me honestly what landed and what needs sharpening. That feedback shapes every cohort after this.

In exchange for that trust, you're getting in at $997.

Cohort 02 opens at $997. That price doesn't come back down.

If you're ready to be a Founding Practitioner, the door is open right now.

THE INVESTMENT

Four weeks from now you walk into your next session differently.

Not because you memorized a protocol. Because you've practiced it. You know what a distress signal looks like before it escalates. You know how to close a container so completely that your participants leave grounded and you leave intact. You know how to decompress your own nervous system after a session so you can do this work for decades, not burn out in your first year.

That's who you become in this program.

$997 is four weeks of live training built from 15 years in the field. It covers the exact situations every other certification skips. It ends with a credential from Ruhani Wellness Centre that tells every retreat center, every senior facilitator, and every client who sits across from you that you hold space with real skill and real ethics.

This is Cohort 01. The price goes up after this round and it doesn't come back down.

Cohort opens June 9. Six spots left.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Answered honestly

  • Some experience helps but it is not required. If you are actively assisting in any healing modality, working toward doing so, or building a practice from scratch, this training applies directly to where you are. The curriculum starts with fundamentals and builds from there.

  • The skills in this program apply across all high-vulnerability healing modalities. Plant medicine ceremony support, sound healing, breathwork, yoga, meditation, coaching, and somatic work. The principles of ethical space-holding are the same regardless of the technique you use.

  • One 90-minute live session per week plus one applied practice exercise. The exercise integrates directly into work you are already doing. Most students report spending three to four hours per week total including preparation and reflection.

  • Sessions are recorded and available to enrolled students. That said, the live participation is where most of the real learning happens. Showing up is part of the commitment.

  • The Ruhani Certified Space-Holder credential is issued by Ruhani Wellness Centre, a private holistic healing center in Costa Rica with 15 years of active practice. It signals to retreat centers, facilitators, and clients that you have received structured, ethics-based training. It is not a government-regulated credential and we will never pretend otherwise.

  • Yes. Practitioners with formal ethics and space-holding training can credibly charge more and work with higher-tier retreat centers and programs. The certification gives you something tangible to point to. The skills give you something real to back it up.

  • Item dNo. And that is intentional.

Legal exposure varies by country, state, and context. What applies in Costa Rica does not apply in Canada. What is tolerated in one jurisdiction is prosecuted in another. Teaching legal frameworks inside a general certification program produces a false sense of coverage that is more dangerous than no coverage at all.

What this program does teach: scope of practice, informed consent, hard disclosure protocols, and the six ethical lines that protect both you and the people you work with. Those practitioner standards hold regardless of where you operate.

For legal guidance specific to your jurisdiction, ICEERS maintains a public legal resource database at iceers.org. The Chacruna Institute publishes jurisdiction-specific guidance for US-based practitioners. For anyone building a professional practice, a consultation with a lawyer who works in this space is the next step after this certification.

You leave this program knowing how to hold a room safely and ethically. What you do with that in your specific legal context is a conversation for a professional who knows that context.escription
