assistant sherpa training

This assistant sherpa handbook is designed to prepare dedicated helpers for a neo-shamanic plant medicine retreat environment. This means we blend traditional shamanic practices with modern psychological insights to create a safe, transformative space.

We look for individuals with a heart of service, a positive attitude, and good people skills, since guests will be in vulnerable states and rely on compassionate support. Helping in this context can be challenging (with long hours and intense emotional energy), so it’s not for everyone; but for those truly called to help others heal, it is an incredibly rewarding path.
